I really wish I had more to say about Anekdoten. I don’t actually own Vemod or any of their other albums, but I heard a couple of tunes from it several years ago and thought they were cool. But ’90s prog revival bands coming out of the death metal world of Swedish rock music were not exactly easy to come by in the U.S. at the time. More so now, probably, but this just seems like one of those bands that is always destined to just miss the mark with me. Still, this is a pretty cool tune.
